When all at once I saw a crowd – A host of golden daisies!

I Love you Mum. Now can we go to the field?

I Love you Mum. Now can we go to the field?

The long-suffering Little Monkey waits patiently in the middle of the daisy patch for Mum to stop messing around with her camera. Walkies! Remember??

post script: The answer to yesterday’s question: Why is the rose bud called Orson?

Orson is Orson Welles. One of his great films is “Citizen Kane”. At the end of the movie, Kane (played by Orson) utters the dying words, “Rose bud”, which you are led to believe is the name of his childhood sled.

Congratulations to Ramblingratz, who got it right!

These Daisies are pretty ! I have come to learn that wild flowers are no less beautiful than carefully gardened ones..One just has look at them.. πŸ™‚ So,that’s why ‘Orson’,I assumed it was a variety(I am not good at names….
