Those of you who follow my blog will know the normal face of Little Monkey. See Little Monkey Two Three
Here, I was creeping along the carpet with the camera to take her picture (no flash of course – sensitive dog’s eyes) and I caught such a funny expression. It’s like she is saying, “What are you doing now, Mum?”
🙂 My black dog does not like the camera, my fault I guess, I once forgot to turn off the flash. Now I also have to be devious to get a good photo of him.

I had one that ran away from the camera because she was afraid of lightning. So even if we were taking photos of us, she ran away! You’re right about having to become devious!

I like the soft side lighting on her face. It looks like she is thinking of the past, maybe some other dog she once loved 🙂

Adorable face ❤ I clicked a picture of Lisa, a few weeks ago, after she saw me laying down in the garden, to click a picture of a flower. She was wondering the same, by the expression on her face: " What are you going down there??" haha. Have a lovely weekend! x

Thank you – I’ll tell her 😉
She is the least likely to bite of any dog I’ve had, and has amazing senses – but intelligence is not her forte 🙂 Fortunately we are not loved for our brains alone!

When you are in the right space for a dog, you could try fostering an older dog for a while. See how it goes. Or offer to walk a dog for an old neighbour who maybe can’t get out enough. 🙂
