Rejuvenation

I came across this amusing sign, while sipping champagne under the oaks with my daughter.

Grass rejuvenation project. Please do not walk on the grass.

I thought it was a great way to phrase it!

You may remember the difficulty I am having with my lawn lately?

This is how I shall think of it from now on. I am rejuvenating my lawn!

Now if I could just get this view too!

I’m not a lawn fan, but I get that I’m in the minority. A good portion of my backyard is clover. I love it. It stands up to the boys, blooms white (looks like snow!), doesn’t need to be mowed and looks good even in the heat of summer.
    Mmm champagne!

Well I’d just like Something soft and green to walk on! and Clover is going to be as hard to grow here as grass.
Still, I think I am winning – very very slowly! πŸ™‚

Nooo This was from earlier – but my other daughter will be here soon; I’m sure champagne sipping will be on the itinerary! πŸ™‚
It takes me a long time to write my posts!! πŸ˜€
