Owl

I’m fairly sure this owl has no need of camouflage, yet his plumage is very distracting.

I was glad I had my sunglasses on when looking at him!

Thank you πŸ™‚ And you are absolutely right! I need to get me a resident owl in the roof! He’d be quite safe there away from LM. πŸ™‚

I have always wanted to see an owl, been looking out for one but haven’t spot one yet. That is one beautiful owl. My husband often says owls remind him of cats. Now I can see that πŸ™‚

I had to look up in my bird book, and it is a very distinctive sound, so was easy to identify. πŸ™‚
But not silly you – I did not mention in this post, that I saw the owl in a bird sanctuary. πŸ™‚

I love owls. My Mom (and my Mom-in-law, ironically) are owl fanatics. Owl mouse pad, owl artwork, owl hotpads… the list goes on. I remember making millions of macrame owls for Mom. Ah memories πŸ™
    No owl emoji! 😣
