First Rose of Spring

The first rose of spring

My daughter’s floribunda rose bush produces roses continually, with these little clumps of buds looking like the TV Tower at Alexanderplatz Berlin! You can see this in Reach For the Stars.

You can also check out last year’sΒ The First Rose of Spring, with uninvited guests!

Lovey rose and words πŸ™‚ We are now into Autumn, although since we have come back from Germany, its been like summer, but I want to wear my boots and woollen dresses in lovely Autumn colours. I love this time of year here in the UK, before we get cold grey skies for months on end, but its all part of the seasons, and there are always good things to find even in the depths of winter πŸ™‚ like you posting your lovely flowers to cheer us up πŸ™‚

Such a pretty color. I imagine the fragrance is wonderful. I am looking forward to winter. I feel more comfortable in the cold than the hot summer days πŸ™‚

Thank you πŸ™‚ It has a delicate fragrance.
I don’t like it too hot and am hoping it won’t be as bad here as last year! I always feel that if you are cold in winter you can put on more clothes. πŸ™‚

Happy spring to you! Now if you’d do me a favor and keep posting flowery things…. I may just survive my winter! 😣

      haha Thank you πŸ™‚
Yes, I’ll be posting summery flowery pics over the next few months. Thank you for asking, because I find that a lot of peeps in the Northern hemisphere seem almost angry that we are heading into summer down here, while they are facing possibly freezing cold and snow. But last summer was way too hot and not pleasant at all. I only survived by visiting snow blogs and watching all my cold movies – The Day After Tomorrow etc! πŸ˜€
