It’s the fir tree in my garden, adorned with solar powered fairy lights!

It was dusk (which explains the grainy photo quality) and the lights had just come on.

I achieved these effects by rapidly turning my phone in a circular motion as I took the photo.

Viola! Psychedelic lights!
