Nice click Sci, the background leaves makes this a nice portrait of LM 😀 Do the trees always stay green in Capetown ?

Thank you very much. LM loves to be out in the ‘wilds’ – it is her Natural Habitat! 😀
Still summer here and yes things stay mostly green – despite the drought.
But LM is right by a little stream in the photo, hence the lovely reed type grasses. 🙂

Can you believe it, i forgot the word ‘grass’ for the background !! learning German is making my vocabulary and grammar all confused !! may be you could post pics of the spring too someday, i love the little streams 😀

haha I do believe it! I am learning Italian and German on Duolingo, and keeping up my French. Often the grammar and words get mixed up.
The stream was yucky as it’s drying up, which is why I kept LM on the lead – I did not want to have a muddy dog in the car!
I have an old post showing other parts of the stream with LM – Walk in the Wilds if you’d like to see it.

OMG !! That was a scary experience ! I am glad it was some Dog. Although I wouldn’t have had the sense to determine it’s identity in such situation ! It’s a pity that the stream is drying up 😦

haha No worries really – there are no wild wolves in SA, only maybe in a nature reserve – so I knew I was safe. 🙂
We should get winter rains in June so the stream will run fast and free again then. 🙂
