Autumn in the Cape

Autumn in the Cape 1 – Impatiens

You might be forgiven for thinking that this looks just like spring!

Autumn in the Cape 2 – Hibiscus

That’s the trouble with living in a Mediterranean climate; the autumns and winters are mild.

Autumn in the Cape 3 – Honeysuckle

So how do you tell when it’s autumn in the Western Cape?

You can always look at the calendar!

      Thank you very much πŸ™‚
Sadly the climate world wide is changing drastically. We are in a 3 year drought, so I hope you don’t get this bad.

Yes, I believe it has been a long cold winter up North, so I’m not surprised spring is late.
I live in the southern hemisphere, in Cape Town South Africa, and we have had our summer and are heading to winter. But as it is still warm, there are still many new blooms. πŸ™‚
