Little Monkey’s rebuttal to my last post.

Poor Little Monkey!

She is a Sun Dog and really hates the cold, damp, windy winters of Cape Town. So she puts herself back to bed in the kitchen and waits for the sun to return.

Lucky for her, our winter is short. (Like this post!)

Summer will be back soon for LM (unfortunately for us, as it means our long winter will have returned as well!). Choppy will miss lying out in the sun when our summer ends, too – I feel worse for her as she gets older on this front, as I am sure the warm sun helps her aging joints.

  Yes, LM loves the sun for that reason too. 🙂

Our winters are cold and long. Our summers are hot and longer. My favourites: spring and fall are far too short.
