Why is it that exercising for quarter of an hour only burns enough calories to eat one chocolate digestive biscuit? It just doesn’t seem right!

The trick with the chocolate digestives is to tap them on the side your plate before eating. It shakes out some of the calories. As an alternative, you can drown some calories by simply dunking them in a tea or coffee.
