It takes real skill to choke on air, fall up the stairs and trip over nothing. I have that skill.

Yes, I am gifted that way!
I choke on air quite often. My only excuse is that I have asthma, but I honestly don’t think that is the cause!
I fell upstairs as a school kid. It was an odd experience suddenly to come face to face with the steps. The only injuries sustained were footprints from all the girls behind me, who just carried on walking! Still, it was much better than falling downstairs, which I’ve done a few times.
And it was only the other day that I tripped over nothing. I was walking round the pool and my feet went wrong of their own accord. I managed to right myself before face-planting and fortunately I didn’t fall in the pool – which I have done in the past!!
So, how was your day?
I’m pretty lucky… I do trip over mysterious things that aren’t there… However, I’m usually pretty good about ‘righting’ myself before getting damaged. Maybe a have a little cat in me ππ (don’t tell my dogs!)

Haha, Iβve spilled a glass of water all over myself because I got so lost in how the sunset was reflecting off the glass. Yes, it takes a special type of skill, doesnβt it?

I laughed. Sorry, I should not. But you do give it a hilarious spin. Please be careful…take care and it is awful to have asthma attacks as an adult. Have a great week ahead. ππ

OMG Sci, today’s quote is so funny, but sadly I resemble that remark! I have fallen down steps a few times, but my real talent is falling UP them! I have tripped on “nothing” more times than I care to admit and have landed in positions that defy description! It was much easier to avoid any serious injury when I was young and limber, but now I consider myself lucky that I haven’t broken anything…….yet! π€π³
My problem seems to be that my body is 80 but my feet still think they’re 20 and are always in a hurry to get nowhere fast! Fortunately these incidents are few and far between. π

haha Welcome to the club! π
That’s the thing – our reactions get slower, so it becomes harder to right yourself if you trip. I’m glad nothing broken! Me neither – we must have strong bones! π

hahaha . Me too! But my response would be that I simply tripped over an idea, it was quite deep you know. And as they were pondering I escaped.

Ah – I like your reason for tripping up! π

I think we must have a genetic link in our past! I trip over road line markings and, only last week, tripped over a step … and did nose dive into the wall. Fortunately it was an inside wall so was hollow. My nose broke through it before my forehead brought everything to a stop. This is nothing really new to me, but adjusting to my progressively less forgiving body is something I must try and focus on!.

Gosh! All our walls are brick, so even nose-diving inside is going to break You and not the wall! π
Tread carefully out there – we’re not as indestructible as we used to be! π
