This little Olive Thrush has obviously decided my stoep is untidy and needs cleaning up.

Using all the dogs’ water bowls, he obviously wants to look his very best . . .

    Ah so thats what an Olive Thrush looks like, very handsome little bird. I could do with him in my garden at the moment, collecting twigs. A lovely set of photos 🙂

    Well, if I were as handsome as that olive thrush, I’d want to clean up to impress the ladies too. Thankfully I’m just a balding and wrinkled old coot, so I don’t worry about how I look — though I do take a bath once a year, whether I need it or not.

      Eeuw! I really don’t know! 😀
      Sadly LM is not allowed to lick me – because she eats dog poop every day! And as a dog owner, I’m sure I do smell of dog – but hopefully not poop! 🙂

    The dog bowls really fit the birds just fine. Right sizing too. I am amazed they stood there waiting to be photographed. Either that or you have lightning shutter speed ha ha

      I think that’s why they really like them, right size, although there is a nice big bird bath under the apple tree.
      I was hiding inside the house, using zoom on my little point and click camera. I’m sure the birds never even knew I was there 🙂
