Haiku 209
Crane towards the light
Revel in the morning sun
Surrounding Aura
.
The morning sun catches the top of my large Camellia bush, irradiating the outer petals. The sun is so strong, even now in winter, that it produces this other-worldly outer glow.
Beautiful! But I expected nothing less. I’m drawn to this title, as well.

Miss Camellia has been on my blog a lot lately – but she is so bright in my winter garden, she is hard to miss! 😀

Beautiful! I have severe camellia envy now..I have three and they’re all about a foot high and managed one miserable flower between the lot of them!

hahaha 😀
Don’t despair – this Camellia of mine took a good 20 years to get off the ground! 😀

Twenty years! Well, at least there’s hope for mine yet – you just bought it another 16 years or so of growing time…😂

How magical it is just to have the presence of being to allow nature to unfold right before our eyes. I feel so alive in these precious moments. Thanks for sharing this particular fragment of heaven.

I love both these views of the camellia. Such a beautiful flower. You sure did well planting/planning your gardens for year round beauty to surround you. And we get to enjoy it too! 🤗

Quite difficult to get the front of this flower, as it’s a good 7 feet high! 😀
And thank you 🙂 Tho things don’t always go to plan – many plants have not survived and others have grown way beyond what the “packet” said; as did my fir bush next to the Camellia, that should have made 1 metre, and is at 3 metres and still going strong! haha 😀
